Fiber that sends as fast as it receives.
The same speed up and down, no data caps, no contracts — built and installed by crews who live here. Where the glass has reached your street, this is the best connection we sell.
- Symmetrical: upload matches download
- Up to 8 Gbps where available
- Every plan from Essential to Ultimate
Light through glass, all the way to your house.
A strand of glass runs from our network to a small fiber terminal on your wall. Nothing in between is shared with your neighbors, and nothing in between is a radio.
- Same speed both ways. Uploads run as fast as downloads, so video calls, backups, and a house full of devices stop competing.
- Up to 8 Gbps where available. Most homes never come close, which is the point: the line has room for whatever comes next.
- Wired, not over the air. Storms, trees, and a new house across the street have no say in your speed.
- One terminal, one router. The fiber terminal feeds your router; from there, Wi-Fi works as it always has.
The install, in three visits
Two of them happen outside while you go about your day. You're home for the last one.
We bring the line to your house
A crew runs a fiber drop from the street to the side of your home, buried or aerial to match the neighborhood. You don't need to be there.
We splice it and test the light
The drop is fused to the network and the signal is measured end to end. Still outside, still no appointment.
We bring it inside and turn it on
At a time you pick, a technician brings the fiber in, mounts the terminal, sets up your router, and tests it on your own devices before leaving.
Timing between visits depends on the build in your neighborhood. We tell you the plan for your street when you sign up.
Where fiber is today
Fiber goes in one build area at a time, and the map changes every month. Here is where it stands, town by town.
In parts of town
Live in some neighborhoods, building in others
Next door
Fiber has reached the town's edge
Fiber builds go where neighbors ask. A request from your street counts.
Not listed? Wireless reaches nearly every address we serve, on the same plans, and every town has its own page.
Pick the plan for your household. Fiber carries all of them.
Plans are sized by what your house does at once, not by a speed number. Each plan page shows the price and the speed range you get.
Essential
Email, browsing, one stream at a time
Family
Several TVs and phones going at once
Gamer
Low ping while the house streams
Work From Home
Calls and cloud work that stay sharp
Ultimate
Fiber only. The most we can deliver.
We confirm your exact speed at your address before install. How much speed do you need?
Fiber and wireless, side by side
Same network team, same plans, same local support. The difference is the last stretch to your house.
| Fiber | Wireless | |
|---|---|---|
| Upload | Same as download | Slower than download |
| Top speed | Up to 8 Gbps where available | Up to 200 Mbps; up to 1 Gbps with FiberWave |
