Fiber for the whole property.
Apartments, HOAs, new neighborhoods, and business parks across Southern Utah. Designed, built, and supported by the local team that answers the phone.
Call and ask for our property team. A local human, not a queue.
Four kinds of property. One local network.
Whether you own it, manage it, sit on its board, or are still grading the lots, the pitch is the same: we build it, we run it, and your residents call us.
Apartments & condos
Fiber or dedicated wireless to the building, wired and Wi-Fi in every unit, and residents who call us, not you.

The owner gets a network that runs itself. The residents get the same InfoWest service any home in Southern Utah can get.
What the property gets
- One local point of contact from the first site visit through every year after
- Design and construction by our own crews, on a network we own and operate
- Resident support and billing handled by us. Internet stops being your job.
- Monitored around the clock, with backup power on the equipment that matters
- An amenity that shows up in the listing: fiber-ready is a selling point, not a footnote
What residents get
- The same plans any InfoWest home can get, sized to how the household actually uses the internet (see residential plans)
- No data caps on standard residential plans
- Local support from people who know the building, not a call center
- Their own plan, or one community-wide plan if the property buys in bulk
- Move-in ready: the wiring is already there, so activation is a call, not a construction project
How a build works
Builders: the earlier we're in the schedule, the cheaper and cleaner the build. Call before the roads go in.
Site visit and design
We walk the property or the plat with you and design the route to every unit.
Agreement
A plain-English proposal: who builds what, who bills whom, and when.
Construction or pre-wire
New builds: conduit and fiber before paving. Existing properties: phased so residents barely notice.
Live, with resident onboarding
We turn units up as they're ready and handle sign-ups, installs, and support from there.
Every unit connected. Every resident supported.
We bring the connection to the building and finish it inside every unit, then take the resident calls that used to land on your office. Existing buildings included.
- Fiber or dedicated wireless to the building, depending on what reaches your address
- Wired and Wi-Fi service in every unit
- Bulk billing through the property or individual resident accounts
- Managed Wi-Fi option for student housing and hotels
- Retrofits for occupied buildings, phased so nobody moves out for it
Sell fiber-ready lots.
The cheapest time to put fiber in a neighborhood is while the trenches are already open. Bring us in with your civil plans and every home closes with the connection already at the door.
- Conduit and fiber placed before roads are paved
- Lot-by-lot activation as homes close, in whatever order you build
- "Fiber-ready" language and materials you can use in your listings
- Coordination with your engineer and the other utilities in the trench
What we need from your civil plans
Send the plat and utility layout and we'll come back with a fiber route, the conduit and pedestal placements, and where we fit in your construction sequence. The spec sheet below spells out the conduit, handhole, and pedestal requirements for your contractor.

Bring the whole community up at once.
A neighborhood that already exists can still get fiber to every home. The board makes one decision, we handle the rest, and residents get a real upgrade without a dozen separate construction projects.
- Community-wide upgrade of an existing neighborhood, built in phases
- Bulk service on the dues, or resident-choice where each home picks its own plan
- Board presentation and resident Q&A handled by our team
- Landscaping and common areas restored when we're done
Tenant-ready from the first lease.
Fiber to every suite means a new tenant is online the week they sign, not after a month of waiting on a build. You get one contact for the whole property, and they get the full InfoWest business stack.
- Fiber to every suite, ground-up or retrofit
- One contact for the landlord, direct accounts for each tenant
- Tenants can add Business Voice , Managed IT, and Business Security without a second provider
- Mixed-use: residential floors and commercial suites on the same build
Already live with us?
Residents pick a plan like any InfoWest home. Tenants get the full business stack.
Built and run from Southern Utah since 1994.
We own the network, we employ the crews that build it, and the people who answer the phone live here. Property owners and HOA boards across the region have trusted us with their residents for decades. Ask around: someone on your board is probably already a customer.
Property questions, answered straight
In most cases we fund the construction ourselves in exchange for the right to serve the residents. When a build is unusual enough to need a contribution from the property, we say so in the proposal, before you sign anything. No surprise line items after the fact.
Bulk means the property or HOA contracts for every unit at once and folds the cost into rent or dues, so residents are simply connected when they move in. Resident-choice means we build to every unit and each household signs up and pays for its own plan. Bulk gets the community a better rate; resident-choice keeps the board out of the billing. We'll lay out both in the proposal.
Before the roads go in. Ideally while your engineer is still drawing the civil plans, so our conduit shares the trench with the other utilities. Once pavement is down, fiber means drilling under the road and cutting it, which costs more and takes longer. If you're already past that point, call anyway. We retrofit finished neighborhoods all the time.
Yes. Occupied apartment buildings, finished subdivisions, and established HOAs are a large share of what we build. The site visit is where we work out the route, the disruption, and the phasing so residents see a crew for a day or two, not a season.
Us. Every resident gets the same local support line every InfoWest customer gets, and we monitor the property's equipment around the clock, so we usually know about a problem before anyone calls. Your office stops being the help desk.
Yes, we can still build. On the site visit we look at what's already in the ground and in the walls and lay out your options. Plenty of the properties we serve had another provider first.
On a bulk property they're connected at move-in and just call to activate. On a resident-choice property they sign up like any InfoWest customer, online or by phone, and because the wiring is already there, the install is a short visit instead of a construction day. We can also provide move-in materials for your leasing office or welcome packet.
Let's walk your property.
An hour on site with a local team member beats a month of email. Tell us what you're building or managing, and we'll tell you exactly how we'd connect it.
